SHARE MY SHOP!

Guild members have generously offered their talent, time, and the use of their equipment to other members. The table below lists those members who are willing to help other members, at no cost, learn a skill or technique on a one-on-one basis or to assist with a project using the equipment they have. We are proud to offer this service as part of our "teaching" mission within the Guild.

This is a great opportunity for our members:

    1. Thinking about buying a particular piece of equipment?  Get some hands-on time with the actual equipment being considered and getting opinions based on an actual user and not based on trying to sell you something.

    2. Building a project but  missing the skill or item needed to complete it? With a little help and access to something you don't have,  make something you would otherwise be unable to make.

    3. Want to learn a particular skill or technique? Get some hands-on training without a class structure at no cost.

We are asking members who wish to take advantage of this opportunity to be considerate in their requests and not expect the member with the shop to help them build a Queen Anne Highboy or to supply the materials. The members who have volunteered are eager to help new or less experienced members in any way they are able; we are simply requesting that their generous nature not be exploited.
